What we collect, and where it sits

Who holds the data

Eqlo, Paris, France, SIRET 813670919000198, is the controller for the marketing site and for accounts on the product. Write through the contact form. There is no separate data-protection officer named on this page.

The marketing site

If you only read pages, we set two first-party cookies: eqlo-locale, so the language switcher can remember a choice, and eqlo-locale-banner, if you dismiss the language suggestion. Both last up to a year. We do not run an advertising pixel on these pages.

The contact form never stores a copy on this server. It opens your mail client to hello@eqlo.app. Whatever you send then sits in that inbox.

The product

An account holds an email, a name if you give one, the plan, and the projects you create. A project holds the copy, files and settings you put in, plus logs we need to run it (who published, who exported, who changed a seat).

You pick a region when you create the project: the European Union, the United States or the United Kingdom. That is where the project sits at rest. Read the data-residency page before you paste a sheet of addresses. Moving a region later is a project of its own.

Who else sees a copy

The host is Vercel Inc.. Payment cards, when you take Plus or Team, are handled by the payment provider on that checkout, not by a card form we store. Apple and Google see a signed package only if you submit one.

We do not sell lists. We do not use project copy to train a public model you did not ask for. Support reads a project when you invite us or when a host alert names that project.

Your rights

You can export a project. You can close an account. You can ask for a copy of the account row, or ask us to correct an email. People in the EEA and the UK also have rights under those laws; the French RGPD page states them in French. We will not invent a deadline we cannot keep. Write, and we will date the reply.

If you are in the EEA you can complain to your supervisory authority. In France that is the CNIL.

How long we keep it

Account rows last while the account is open, then long enough to close billing and to answer a lawful request. Published pages last until you unpublish them or the plan that hosts them ends. Locale cookies last up to a year or until you clear them.
