Name, mail, a role, a join date. Authentication by email, Google, or Apple. Password reset and address check sit on the same accounts. You do not invent a second login for the club.
You connect the club Stripe account, never an Eqlo middle account. Subscription, one-off payment, or a deposit. Automatic invoices stay on that account. Eqlo does not take a cut of dues. Apple and Google still bill their own store accounts.
A status the member can open, and a notice when a period starts. Text reminders can be asked for through Twilio in one sentence. You still decide how strict to be. A reminder is not a collection agency.
The Apple Developer account and the Google Play account stay in the association name. Eqlo prepares the signed files on Plus at $19 a month, three seats, or on Team at $49, ten seats. Free keeps the 24-hour QR test. Icons, the launch screen, and listing shots come from the screens the app actually uses. Content updates later do not go back through store review.
