Terms for using Eqlo
These terms cover the marketing site and the product you reach from it. They are written in plain English. If a paid invoice says something narrower, the invoice wins for that point.

Who these terms bind
They bind you and Eqlo, Paris, France, SIRET 813670919000198. If you use Eqlo for a company, you say you can bind that company.
You must be old enough to form a contract where you live. We do not knowingly open paid seats for children.
Plans and what they include
Free is five projects, hosting on an Eqlo subdomain, and no card. Plus is $19 a month and adds a custom domain, more seats, GitHub sync and signed store packages. Team is $49 a month and adds a seat pack and shared billing. Prices on /pricing are in US dollars. The French page lists euros.
Hosting for the project is in the plan. Apple, Google and the card network bill their own accounts. We do not take a cut of your sales and we do not wrap those invoices.
Your project and the files
You keep the rights in the copy, images and data you put in. You grant us a licence to host, render and export that material so the product can run. Generated screens and code are yours to use, including after you leave, once you have exported them.
Export is ordinary files. It is not a promise that another host will accept them without work. If you cancel Plus, the custom domain mapping stops with the plan. Export before you cancel if you want the files elsewhere.
What you may not do
Do not use Eqlo to break the law, to store other people's personal data without a basis, or to attack a system you do not run. Do not scrape the marketing site to clone it as a product. Do not share a Team login as if it were one seat.
- No malware, phishing pages, or stores that sell what you cannot sell
- No uploading of other people's private files as a demo
- No resale of the editor itself as if you were Eqlo
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the editor and published projects up. The status page is a dated notice, not a live probe of every region, and it is not a service-level agreement. We can change a plan, a limit or these terms. If a change is material we will date it here.
We can suspend a project that breaks these terms or that puts other customers at risk. We will say so on the project when we can.
Liability
Eqlo is provided as it stands. We do not promise that a generated site will rank, that a store package will pass review on the first try, or that a prototype is production software. You remain responsible for the words you publish and the payments you take.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for a paid month is capped at the fees you paid us for that month. We do not cover lost profits or lost rankings. Some places do not allow these limits. There, only the limits that place allows apply.
Law and contact
French law governs these terms, because that is where Eqlo is established. Courts in Paris hear disputes that cannot be settled first. Consumers keep the rights their local law will not let them waive.
Write through the contact form if a clause is wrong or unclear. We date corrections on this page.
